Our Process
Our process does depend on what type of project we are completing, but there will always be a certain flow, and full communication with our clients is our priority.
Inquiry 1
This is the first step! Reach out to us by email, phone or carrier pigeon and we can start the process of getting to know you and what your project looks like.
Meet & Greet 2
After you’ve reached out to us and we have an idea of what sort of project you’re looking for we can set up a time to meet in person, grab a coffee and get more details on your project and what a partnership could look like. This is where we get to know you, and you get to know us. Some projects last months so having a good relationship foundation is a must!
Quote 3
Once we’ve gotten to know you and have more details on the project we can create a quote. The first quote is usually a starting point. As details get changed and the work scope is finalized we can provide a final budget.
Final Design 4
We’ve met you, we like you (and you like us…), you’ve accepted the quote, now we can get all the rest of the details sorted. It’s time for you to put on your decision making hat! Some customers start out with an idea of what they want their space to be – we’re here to help carry out their vision. Others have no clue and it’s a joy for us to work and guide them through to create an amazing and unique space that they will love for years to come.
Work Progression 5
The work progression can be anywhere from a week or two up to a half a year or more, depending on the scope of the project. We create a timeline and schedule up front, but are flexible to work with changes or additions to the project as it progresses.
Project Completion 6
This is where we say goodbye. You get to enjoy and love your amazing new space, and remember us fondly as the people who helped make your dream space a reality. We always keep in touch, if small problems ever do come up we’ll be there to work through them with you. To ease your mind, we offer a 2 year warranty on our craftsmanship. We truly believe in quality, and want all our projects to reflect that.
